I believe there’s a way to care for others while caring for yourself and experiencing your own happiness. In my coaching practice, I start with learning what is going on for you currently, what is working for you and what is not. We will work together to create a life that is more manageable. I offer a safe, judgement-free space for you to be yourself, and feel what it’s like to be heard, and this will help you move forward with ease and support.
My name is Ronda McLean and coaching family caregivers is my passion. As a former hospice social worker and private practice therapist, I have been working with caregivers and people with chronic or terminal illness since 2008. I guide you to feel your feelings, reflect on your truths, control what you can, and find new support. This will create more resilience, empowerment, clarity, and peace of mind within you, so that you have a higher quality of life, don’t burn out; all without needing years of therapy. Your needs matter and you are not alone.
